We do not accept returns of Muse Ever After™ products purchased at our retailer partners. Please contact your original point of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Digital Product Returns
Digital products include our inventory of downloadable course materials, worksheets, workbooks, printables, lessons, videos, and more. Due to the digital nature of this product, and the immediacy of access, there are no refunds.
Downloads are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access purchased digital products.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at orders@museeverafter.com.
