The 2024 Paris Olympics has officially come to a close, and this year’s games has been nothing short of a whirlwind! We’ve watched more sports events over these last few weeks than we have in our entire lifetime! From Track and Field, to Handball, Artistic Swimming and every sport in between, we sat on the edge of our seats cheering on all the best athletes in the world.
And while we found inspiration in every event that we watched, no team was more inspiring to us than the elite women’s gymnasts from Team USA! The women’s gymnastics event was a full display of plot twists, upsets, underdogs, injuries, breakthroughs and triumphs.
But even more, The Girls’ Girls energy from Sunisa Lee, Hezly Rivera, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, and Simone Biles was unmatched. For weeks we watched as they cheered each other on to the point that they lost their voices. We listened to interviews where they talked about doing each other’s hair and glam before the event.

We even watched them bow down and support rival gymnasts from other teams. It was an epic display of excellent sportsmanship, camaraderie, and our motto…Muses sharpen Muses.
While the mental fortitude and athletic prowess shown by these ladies, was certainly medal worthy. We couldn’t help but notice what didn’t get enough recognition from the judges, was the flawless makeup looks and smokey smizes that were on full display throughout the competition.
