It’s a tale as old as time—blink twice and summer’s over. This year was no different. One minute we were packing away winter coats, and the next… pumpkin spice is back on the shelves. We are simply not ready!
Still, one of the biggest highlights of Summer 2025 was watching our favorite IT Girls hit the studio and drop new music all at the same damn time.
From melodic Afrobeats and ’90s-coded pop tunes to fiery hip-hop and sultry R&B, we were fed hit after hit from Muses like Ciara, Tyla, Sabrina Carpenter, Teyana Taylor, Doja Cat, Saweetie, Cardi B, Justine Skye and more. Not only were we rolling our hips with every new song, but we’re inspired by these artists’ irreverent beauty and grind to continue with our own glow-up journey!
So of course, the Muse Ever After team reached deep into our DJ bag to curate a collection of our favorite songs that perfectly capture the end-of-summer vibe.
