The new year is finally here (whew—we made it!), and with it comes our growing list of goals, routines, and rituals we’ve intentionally jotted down as part of our resolutions.
For most people, this ever-expanding checklist of lifestyle shifts and career pivots can feel overwhelming. But for Muses? Reinvention is simply another Tuesday.
The truth is, becoming your next version takes intention, patience, and action—something Muses are masters of. From revamping your style until you’re unrecognizable, upgrading your skincare routine so you glow effortlessly, meeting new people and making an impact in your community, taking bold leaps in your career until you land (or create) your dream job, to meeting the love of your life and building your dream home—every bit of it is possible for you this year.
Your potential is limitless. Anyone who doubts that clearly hasn’t met you.
We’ve tuned into some of our favorite manifestation experts and gathered their most powerful hacks for turning even your “unrealistic” dreams into reality—faster!
Be Grateful in Advance
Almost every manifestation philosophy shares the same throughline: gratitude.
One of the most powerful manifestation hacks is learning to be grateful before your desire even arrives.
Manifestation coach Claudia Simone (IG: @iamclaudiasimone) teaches that when you position yourself in gratitude, you signal to the universe your readiness to receive. You’re energetically saying, I trust that this is already mine.
She suggests beginning each manifestation with:
“I am so grateful and happy now that…” Then fill in the blank with what you desire.
I am so grateful and happy now that…”
This framing aligns you with abundance and prepares you to recognize opportunities as they appear. It also prevents you from unknowingly closing yourself off to what you’ve been asking for.
For Claudia, it’s more than saying “thank you.” It’s believing that what’s coming is inevitable—and affirming that you’re ready for it.
Habit Stack Your Perfect Day
When New Year’s resolutions start to feel overwhelming, manifestation author Haley Hoffman Smith offers a refreshing shift: design one perfect day instead of trying to overhaul your entire life in January.
Her philosophy is simple—show up fully for yourself for just one day.
“Ask yourself what your schedule would look like if you ripped off the band-aid and attacked the plan with no regard for your mood,” she says. “It’s only one day.”
Create a list of non-negotiables for your perfect day—things you’ve been procrastinating on, like waking up earlier, going to the gym, or learning a new skill.
Then, remove your mood from the equation.
It doesn’t matter if you feel tired or unmotivated. You’re only committing for one day. Haley reminds us that “ready is a feeling that never comes until you decide to make it happen.”
Ready is a feeling that never comes until you decide to make it happen.”
So, follow through on your plan. Let the energy catch up later.
If, at the end of the day, you don’t feel accomplished or proud, you don’t have to repeat it. But chances are—you will.
“You’ll feel phenomenal,” Haley says. “It’s wild how fast things shift when you stop waiting for momentum and become the thing that starts it.”
We know that’s right!
Raise Your Vibration
Quantum physics enthusiast and psychology professional Benny Guru (IG: @itsgurubennny) blends science and spirituality to explain how manifestation energy shapes reality.
In science, everything is made of vibrating particles. Lower vibrations are easier to see, like water in its solid form as ice. Higher vibrations are more subtle, like water as vapor.
Benny explains that the Universal Law of Vibration suggests that higher vibrational energy has influence and power over lower vibrational energy.
In manifestation terms, the spiritual realm operates at a higher vibration than our physical, 3D world. Those who strengthen their connection to higher consciousness often seem to manifest with ease, not by force, but by alignment.
So how do you raise your vibration?
By choosing high-vibrational actions: learning, loving, giving, and creating.
Benny teaches that anything that makes you feel genuinely good—done consistently over time—raises your consciousness.
No wonder Muses always have a high vibe.
Visualize and Journal
Entrepreneur Camille Viviana sums up successful manifestation in four words:
Think it. Write it. Speak it. Repeat it.
Visualization and journaling work best together. When you see your future clearly and put it into words, you anchor your intention.
Tonight, try our above-mentioned manifestation prompt:
Write one full page that begins with, “I am so grateful and happy now that…”
Let yourself dream wildly.
Regulate Your Nervous System
Okay, this one may sound a little out there—but stay with us.
Functional medical nurse Maria (IG: @healthcoachmaria_rn) teaches that true manifestation begins with safety in the body.
Her approach is rooted in the idea that as quantum beings, your cells carry energy and memory (even across space and time). When you imagine a future that feels unfamiliar, your nervous system may resist—not because it’s wrong, but because it fears the unknown.
To shift this, she guides clients to:
- Take a deep breath to lower cortisol and exit fight-or-flight mode.
- Visualize the exact scenario you desire.
- Ask your body how it feels about receiving it.
She encourages you to “timeline hop” by allowing your consciousness to explore what life feels like once your dream is real.
This creates new neural pathways. Your body begins to recognize the future as safe and familiar.
Many believe that desire itself is a form of memory—that if you can imagine something, a version of you has already lived it. Your longing is simply an echo.
And somehow, that’s deeply comforting.
At the End of the Day
Whether you choose visualization, journaling, gratitude, habit stacking, or quantum leaping into a new version of yourself, know this:
This year is yours.
Cheers to bold dreams, beautiful transformations, and becoming everything you’ve been quietly imagining.
We can’t wait to walk beside you as you manifest your best life, ever after!
