Hard-boiled eggs have long been one of our favorite high-protein staples. Easy to prep, perfect for grab-and-go mornings, and ideal for post-gym refueling, eggs are one of the most efficient complete protein sources — containing all nine essential amino acids our bodies need.

This is especially good news for our Muses on a healthy hair or weight-loss journey, as eggs offer biotin, Omega-3s, folate, vitamin D, iodine, and protein support that nourish your body from the inside out.

So when spicy hard-boiled egg salad bowls that were packed with jalapeños, lime juice, cilantro, and pickled onions  started trending online, we were intrigued.
